What is a pre-order?
At Elizabeth Shevelev, a pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is not yet produced. Most pre-order items on our website are estimated to ship out 3-4 weeks unless specified in the description.
If you place an order consisting of both currently available and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately at different times. However, you will only be charged once for the shipping fees, and we will cover the pre-sale shipping fee.
For orders containing multiple pre-order items with different estimated shipping dates, we will ship the products together on the latest estimated shipping date provided.
When you proceed to check-out, your credit card will be charged the full pre-sale retail amount, including any applicable taxes and fees. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the pre-sale package is shipped. Please note that pre-order items can only be purchased through our website, elizabethshevelev.com

To secure a pre-order, full payment is required. Shipping of pre-orders typically takes between 3-4 weeks unless specified in description. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Once payment is received, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except for major faults, in which case store credit will apply. By making a full payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of this pre-order sale. Minor variations in fabric due to re-sourcing are not the responsibility of Elizabeth Shevelev.
Due to the delicate nature of the brand's heat manipulation techniques, each manipulated piece will be unique or have slight variation.
Pre-Order Process
At the time of purchase, you acknowledged that the product was a pre-order and that there would be a waiting period. By proceeding with the purchase, you agreed to the terms outlined on our website. You have either seen the product in person or reviewed it online and accepted the sizing and color. You are aware of the total costs associated with your purchase. Returns
All pre-orders are classified as custom orders, and as such, if you choose to cancel your order, you may forfeit all or part of your payment. Pre-orders can be placed directly on our website. By completing the full payment, you acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions specified on this page, as well as other relevant T&C pages. Please note that customers understand they are receiving a discount in exchange for accepting part or all of the risk associated with the purchase. Pre-orders cannot be canceled without forfeiting the payment made.
